About Jamie Kondo

It all started when I was a little girl… My mother has been a Real Estate Agent since I can remember so I’ve been exposed to Real Estate all of my life. I officially entered the Escrow industry in 1998. I’m a member of the Greater Seattle Regional Escrow Association and have served two terms as Treasurer and chair of committees such as Ways & Means and Arrangements. I attended North Seattle Community College in the summer of 2000 as the recipient of a scholarship granted by the Escrow Association and completed Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Law courses. In 2005 I applied and tested for two important licenses. The Escrow Officer license was issued to me by the Department of Financial Institutions in April of 2005. The Limited Practice Officer was issued to me by the Washington State Supreme Court in November 2005. I joined the HomeStone Escrow team in August 2005 where I worked as a Closer in the Kirkland Branch. In August 2006 I became and remain the Designated Escrow Officer and Manager of Cobalt Escrow's (formerly HomeStone Escrow) Seattle Branch located on Eastlake Avenue East. When I'm not helping people with escrow services I enjoy playing with Penny, my Golden Retriever, playing a video golf game called Golden Tee, camping, gardening, cooking, karaoke and traveling. Golf is also another hobby of mine. I have been playing golf with my Dad since I was 6 years old.
