I would like to thank you for reading my book, and for your review. A lot of people need resources about condo living, how to pick one, and how to live with the purchase. I am glad that the word is getting out about solutions. People simply do not know where to look or even what to ask for when they have a problem. The mentality "I need to sue someone" to get relief needs to be changed, perhaps one article or one book at a time. The courts are not a place to expect to favorable resolution of neighbor to neighbor or board vs. owner disputes. The money wasted in court each year could probably put a pretty good dent in the national debt.
