Liability and insurance issues to consider for sellers
Over on Zillow I will occasionally reply to various requests for information from the public. I consider it one of the many educational forums that we at Team Reba can provide and it’s a nice way to help out others. A lady recently asked about whether or not liability issues would be raised if a seller had a “bouncy” on their property - I’m guessing that this is one of those inflatable type systems or a smaller version of a trampoline.
