We find that many buyers and current home owners aren't as familiar as they should be with this kind of information about their loan products. Thankfully in most cases we are not the agents that they worked with to begin but we end up helping and holding their hands when the you-know-what hits the fan. A few of our sellers in the past couple of years have been people who contacted us because they were going underwater with their loans and they just wanted out of their properties.</description>
