Ok, so there isn’t anything really related to real estate that goes along with my birthday other than I’m STILL younger than average age of a real estate agent nationally, which is in the mid-50′s.  Given that so many people are expected to fall out of the industry in the next few years we might see the average age drop, but I doubt it since there are a lot of people that go into this field of work after retiring from other careers.

No plans for me to celebrate today but I am heading out tomorrow night to check out some cool spots in Belltown: Twist, Amber and possibly Twilight Martini Lounge.
