Neighborhood Info : South Park

A quaint and cozy neighborhood nestled on the west bank of the Duwamish River, South Park is a place of opportunity. This modest urban community offers some of the most affordable real estate available in Seattle, from turn-of-the-century Victorians to post-war fixer-uppers. Convenient to I-5, Highway 99 and SeaTac Airport, South Park is just minutes from downtown and West Seattle.

Its largely Hispanic shops and restaurants reflect the multi-cultural makeup of the neighborhood, yet its industrial business park is a magnet location attracting artisan wineries and breweries. Community is key in this small, urban neighborhood, which South Park celebrates through its community center, baseball fields, a new neighborhood library and the Marra Farm–a model of community farming and sustainability.
